Droëwors translates to "dry sausage," and it's a South African staple. Grass-fed beef and our traditional spice blend meets the warm notes of nutmeg and clove. You'll never forget the first time you take a bite of Brave Droëwors and hear that signature "snap"!

We make ours the traditional way: coarse-ground grass-fed beef, toasted coriander, black pepper, nutmeg and clove, stuffed into thin natural sheep casing and air-dried in Pennsylvania until it snaps. Think of it as biltong's skinnier cousin, and the original South African meat stick.
